Guidelines for the Management of Operational Risk

These Guidelines provide guidance to licensees in relation to operational risk management.  Licensees are expected to develop and implement an operational risk management framework in line with these Guidelines, taking into account the nature, size, complexity and risk profile of its activities.  Licensees are expected to continuously improve their approaches to operational risk management as operational risk continues to evolve.
