Privy Council Appeal No 66 of 2004 - Costs Order

 
On 27th July 2006 the Privy Council ordered Mr. Mohamed Harajchi to personally pay the Respondent's costs in respect of his appeal to the Privy Council (Appeal No 66 of 2004).  A copy of the costs Order may be viewed on the Privy Council's website at www.privy-council.org.uk.
