Resident/Resident Branch Company: Repatriation of Dividends

1. Documentation to confirm the availability of funds for payment to the company’s shareholder(s) (i.e., a copy of the company’s most recent bank statement, a copy of the auditor’s confirmation of the company’s ability to pay dividends, etc.);

2. A copy of the Board/Directors’ Resolution authorizing the specific dividend payment(s) to each shareholder; and

3. A copy of the company’s current Business/Port Authority Licence.
