Security Council ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee Removes One Entry from Its Sanctions List

Pursuant to Section 3A of the International Obligations (Economic & Ancillary Measures) Amendment Act, 2019, and to United Nations Security Council Resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011), and 2253 (2015) concerning ISIL (Da’esh), Al Qaida, and associated individuals, groups, undertakings, and entities, supervised financial institutions (“SFIs”) are hereby informed that the Security Council ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee has updated its Sanctions List as follows:
