Pursuant to Section 3A of the International Obligations (Economic & Ancillary Measures) Amendment Act, 2019, and to the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1518 (2003), supervised financial institutions (“SFIs”) are hereby informed that the Security Council Sanctions Committee established pursuant to resolution 1518 (2003) has updated its Sanctions List as follows:
