The following power point presentation was given by Ms. Rochelle Deleveaux, Legal Counsel, Central Bank on 18th November, 2013 at the New Providence Town Meeting sponsored by the Steering Committee responsible for overseeing the transition of credit unions to the supervisory remit of the Central Bank. The presentation provides an overview of key provisions in the compendium of draft Bills and Regulations, prepared by the Steering Committee, relating to the proposed revisions to the regulatory and supervisory framework for credit unions.
