Dividend Repatriation

N.B: Applicable for resident and resident branch companies.

i. a copy of the company’s designation letter;

ii. full name and address of each shareholder & specific confirmation of whether shareholder has
any Bahamas Immigration status (supported by a copy of the relevant pages of the shareholder’s
passport and, if applicable, Bahamas immigration document);

iii. confirmation of the amount of dividends to be remitted to each shareholder;

iv. evidence of availability of funds (e.g., bank statement, auditor’s confirmation);

v. a copy of a duly sealed Directors Resolution authorizing dividend payments;

vi. a copy of the company’s current business license.
