The Central Bank of The Bahamas issues warnings about dealing with named persons, whether these are individuals or companies, to alert the public and the financial services sector that where such persons offer banking or other financial services from the addresses listed below, they may be operating in breach of the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2020 and/or other laws of The Bahamas.

The entities listed below are not licensed under the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2020, to conduct banking and/or trust business in or from within The Bahamas. Members of the public who transact business with these entities do so at their own risk.

The public is invited to contact the Central Bank of The Bahamas with any other available information.
