This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the Central Bank of The Bahamas (the Bank), inviting technical and commercial proposals from qualified bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, programming, commissioning, testing, and warranty of the complete audio-visual (AV) systems for the Bank's Cash & Data Centre project. The Bank will use the information to procure the materials, labour, and services that best meet its needs.

Bidders may submit only one proposal as the prime bidder. Bidders may collaborate with others who may be included as subcontractors on multiple proposals. The result will be one contract between the Bank and the prime bidder. The prime bidder shall be wholly responsible for meeting the requirements of the RFP, submitting the proposal, and performing the entire contract. The Bank will consider the prime bidder the sole point of contact for all contractual matters, including payment of all charges arising under any contracts.

All inquiries, interpretations, or clarifications, either administrative or technical, regarding this RFP, must be requested by email no later than the date indicated in the Schedule of Events. All non-proprietary written questions will be answered in writing and conveyed to all bidders. Electronic copies of the proposal must be received by November 24, 2026, 4:00 pm EDT. Faxed, hardcopy or oral proposals will not be accepted and could result in disqualification. A bidder’s failure to submit its proposal within the submission timeline will result in disqualification. Late proposals or amendments will not be accepted for evaluation.
