Public Information Release on $100 Counterfeit Banknotes- Central Bank of the Bahamas

The Central Bank of The Bahamas has become aware of a series of counterfeit Bahamian $100 banknotes in circulation. The counterfeit notes are of the CRISP $100 banknote released in 2009, and are printed on genuine banknote paper making them more difficult to detect.
