INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING JANUARY 17, 2020

Central Bank of The Bahamas facilitated a $30,600,000 Initial Public Offering of Bahamas Registered Stocks on behalf of the Government of The Bahamas. The offering, which closed on January 15, 2020, was under-subscribed.

Refunds were processed for value date January 17, 2020 for customers who received partial allocations. Successful participants are able to collect their stock certificate 30 days following the settlement of the offering-February 16, 2020.
