RESULTS BAHAMAS REGISTERED STOCK
INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING JULY 15, 2019

Central Bank of The Bahamas facilitated a $20,000,000 Initial Public Offering of Bahamas Registered Stocks on behalf of the Government of The Bahamas.
The offering, which closed on July 15, 2019, was fully subscribed.
