Applicant Details

  1. A copy of the relevant pages of the applicant’s passport;
  2. Documentary evidence to confirm applicant’s residency status in destination country;
  3. A copy of the relevant pages of the passport for each dependent, if applicable; and
  4. Documentary evidence to confirm each dependent’s residency status in destination country.

Asset Details

  1. A copy of applicant’s most recent bank statement, if applicable;
  2. A copy of applicant’s insurance and/or annuity policy, if applicable; and
  3. Documentary evidence to confirm ownership of all securities, if applicable.
