The Central Bank of The Bahamas issues warnings about dealing with named persons, whether these are individuals or companies, to alert the public and the financial services sector, that where such persons offer banking or other financial services from the addresses listed below, they may be operating in breach of the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2000 and/or other laws of The Bahamas.

The persons listed below are not licensed under the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, 2000 to conduct banking and/or trust business in or from within The Bahamas. Members of the public who transact business with these persons do so at their own risk. Prudence should be exercised when dealing with these persons.

The public are invited to contact the Central Bank of The Bahamas with any other available information.
